Features of 2B series pulley

Type of V-pulley sold
There are several types of V-pulleys, each of which is manufactured according to standards. Depending on your needs, you can choose from three to twelve-inch models. When purchasing a v-belt pulley, you can choose a single-groove or double-groove design.
V-pulleys usually have one or two grooves. The first is called the "envelope" style because it has a fabric cover. This pulley type will be more resistant to oil and extreme temperatures and can act as a friction clutch during start-up. It can also withstand high-power applications, thereby extending its service life. The other type is "Burr," which has no cover and is more energy efficient, allowing you to choose a pulley with a smaller diameter.
Double-sided v-belts are also available. Double-sided v-belts are used in applications where reverse bending capability is required. If an oversized V-pulley is needed, a double-sided pulley can be used. Double-sided design is a popular choice for heavy-duty motors. Compared with a single-sided design, a double-sided v-belt has a smooth surface and a smaller footprint.
