1C Series Cast Iron American Standard QD Sheaves For C Belts

1C series single groove QD bushing pulley is used for C, CX, belt, and CC v belt; Their diameters range from 7.40 inches to 24.40 inches. According to the pulley size, they are SF QD (quick disassembly) bushings, which we also have in stock. Most of our 1C QD pulleys are made of high-strength grade 35 cast iron, phosphate coated, and coated with anti-corrosion paint. All these are balanced at the factory to ensure the machine's smooth operation.

QD bushing pulley
Quick Detachable (QD) bushings are easy to install and remove, minimizing downtime without sacrificing the protection required by the machine. Make full use of the drive system by matching the QD bushing with the QD bushing pulley.
