Widely Used 2C Series Cast Iron American Standard QD Sheaves For C Belts

2C series double groove QD bushing pulley is used for C, CX, belt, and CC v belt; Their diameters range from 9.40 inches to 30.40 inches. Depending on the pulley size, they use F or SF QD (quick disassembly) bushings, which we also have in stock. Most 2C QD pulleys are high-strength Grade 35 cast iron, phosphate-coated, and anti-corrosion paint. All these are balanced at the factory to ensure the machine's smooth operation.

QD pulley
The QD pulley is a bushing to help maintain the v-belt. Its quick removable bushing facilitates installation and removal, minimizes downtime, and protects the drive system to the maximum extent. It has one to twelve slot configurations and is compatible with dynamic and static balancing. QD pulley is a pulley with simple installation and maintenance and convenient bushing replacement.
Several types of QD pulleys are interchangeable with most other bushing brands. They are exact and durable and offer a variety of reverse pitch options. They are also made of grey cast iron and are suitable for various classic V-belts. They are also designed with three grooves to facilitate the selection of multiple belts or ribbon belts.
QD bushing pulley applies to V-belt drive, with different types and sizes for selection. They are available in 3/4, 1/2, and 1-1/2 bore sizes. They are available in standard and reverse installation configurations. You can also ask for a quote if you need a different aperture.
