5V series three groove QD (quick disassembly) bushing pulley applies to 5V, 5VX, 5V belts, and 5VX belts. They range in diameter from 4.40 "to 50.00". Depending on pulley size, they use SDS, SK, SF, E, or F QD bushings, which we also have in stock. Our three-groove 5V QD pulley is mainly made of high-strength 35-grade cast iron coated with phosphate and anti-corrosion paint. All these are balanced at the factory to ensure the smooth operation of the machine.

Classic 5V series V-belts have a top width of 0.63 ", a thickness of 0.53", and an angle of 38 °. In addition, the 5V V-belt is one of the oldest V-belts in the industry. Because of their long-term success and economical operation, they are also one of the industry's most widely used belt series. The high-quality 5V series v-belts we provide are manufactured according to ISO 9001 specifications. They are oil and heat-resistant and can be directly interchanged with other brands. They are composed of natural rubber compound and polyester rope, covered with a mixture of cotton and polyester, and have high durability. 5V series belts are used with HVAC, lawn and garden equipment, and agricultural equipment for most general heavy industrial applications.

The top width of the 5VX toothed v-belt is 0.53 ", and the thickness is 0.53". Our grooved 5VX v-belts are manufactured with rough sidewalls to eliminate slip, improve efficiency and save operating costs. They are also manufactured according to ARPM standards and are oil and heat-resistant. The 5VX conveyor belt comprises high-quality neoprene compound and high-strength polyester rope, and the top fabric is made of a cotton polyester blend. In addition to performance, durability, and energy conservation advantages, our v-belts will also be used with existing vertical pulleys/pulleys. QD bushings are used for various sprockets, pulleys, and synchronous drives in industrial power transmission and agricultural industries. They are designed for easy installation and unloading; They are also referred to as quick disconnect bushings. The QD sleeve facilitates standard installation outside the flange and reverse installation on the inside and utilizes a single split that extends to the entire sleeve length. Our QD bushing can be interchanged with other brands and is made of high-grade steel by precision machining, which is suitable for perfect installation. The advantages of QD casing compared with different types of casing include: Easy of installation/unloading, firm grip, and high strength. We stock all standard-size QD bushings and provide custom QD bushings (including stainless steel bushings) upon request. Pulley installation method:
1. Check the pulley groove to ensure that there are no scratches or sharp edges and all dimensions meet the standards;
2. Clean the surfaces of all parts, such as hub holes, tapered sleeves, bolt holes, etc. Install the tapered sleeve into the pulley and align all screw holes.
3. Coat the screw (TB1008-TB3030) and thread (TB3525-TB5050) with engine oil and screw them into the mounting hole, but do not tighten them.
4. Clean the surface of the drive shaft, push the belt pulley with a tapered sleeve to the predetermined position on the shaft, and check whether the v-shaped belt pulley is aligned.
5. When using the keyway, it must be inserted into the hub first, and there must be a certain tolerance between the keyway and the hole hub.
6. Use a hex wrench conforming to DIN911 standard to tighten the bolts in each mounting hole alternately, gradually, and evenly until the torque shown in the table below is reached.
7. After a short period of operation (0.5 to 1 hour), check the tightening torque of the bolts and retighten them if necessary.
8. To prevent foreign matters from invading, fill the connecting hole with grease.
Removal method of belt pulley:
1. Loosen all bolts, take out one or two bolts according to the number of removal holes, lubricate the bolt type and bolt head with engine oil, and then insert the bolts into the holes.
2. Tighten the bolts alternately until the conical sleeve and pulley are loosened.
3. Remove the tapered sleeve and pulley from the shaft.
