Non standard mechanical design

As a non-standard mechanical engineer, there should be many mechanical structures designed, and various professional knowledge will also be involved. This article shares some daily cases of non-standard design. 

A small conveyor belt driven by a stepper motor. This structure is quite common in the transportation of some small products. It can be designed as an intermittent start stop, which can be controlled by an induction switch. The sensor can stop when it receives a signal, which is also a classic structure. 

A small assembly line. This type of assembly line usually does not have any precision requirements, it is usually just necessary to continuously move forward. Due to the lack of precision requirements, a simple AC deceleration motor can be used to drive it, usually only requiring control of start and stop. 

A conveyor line. This type of conveyor belt with spacing is commonly used in some packaging equipment, and there are various types of belts available online that can be selected according to needs.
