The ORIGINAL upper balers are designed and manufactured to optimize the chopping system's performance, consisting of the rotor, chopping housing, and blade. These components are precisely aligned to ensure optimum interplay and maximize machine productivity. The edges of the ORIGINAL upper balers are manufactured to exact specifications. Their tight tolerances provide maximum output despite varying operating conditions.

The levers 78 and 82 are located on the side of the blade bed 50. The levers 78 and 80 are attached to the knives. The knife bed 50 can be adjusted to a predetermined height with levers. Those levers can be manually operated, or the machine can be programmed to automatically adjust the knife height. The levers control the height of the blades.

The film is available in different thicknesses and lengths. It provides COATEX film with a roll length of 2,000 m, a width of 1.40 m, and a thickness of 17 um. ROLLANT 400 UNIWRAP machines produce round bales with a 1.25 to 1.35 m diameter and a width of 1.20 m.
